Darryl Sparey

Managing Director / co-founder

Darryl has run multi-million pound sales and marketing functions for businesses like Kantar Media and run the London office of an SEO and PPC agency. More recently Darryl ran new business for PR and communications firm Hotwire. If there’s one thing that links this experience, it’s a relentless focus on demonstrable commercial results. And that’s what he’ll bring to your business, every day. His favourite number is 11, as his daughter Halia was born on the 11th October 2019.

Hannah Joyce

Senior consultant / media relations

Hannah is a senior consultant and founding member of the Hard Numbers team. She has a relentless focus on driving high value media coverage for her clients. Hannah is knowledgeable and hard-working, with a deep understanding of the UK tech industry. Hannah has worked with technology companies of every ilk, from high growth startups to established, multinational technology organisations.

Paul Stollery

Group Creative Director / co-founder

Paul is the co-founder and group creative director of Hard Numbers, and believes the best creative campaigns are the ones that deliver hard business results. Prior to setting up Hard Numbers, Paul was a co-founder of Hard Number's sister agency, Hype Collective. He became frustrated that he couldn't find a B2B marketing agency that delivers compelling creative coupled with hard-nosed business results, so he decided to set one up himself.

Courtney Glymph

Senior consultant / media relations

With over 14 years of experience in a variety of in-house and agency roles in the US and the UK, Courtney is the dynamo that drives much of the media relations activity at Hard Numbers. Where Courtney adds huge value for our clients is that she understands their pain points and can provide strategic counsel to help drive their communications activities forward. Over the course of her career, Courtney has worked for large global corporations such as CA Technologies, Automic Software and PwC as well as with small, agile and dynamic startups. She understands the challenges and pressures that our clients face, and she works tirelessly to help them meet and exceed their communications objectives.
