AI narrative monitoring start-up Factmata appoints Hard Numbers as PR lead

Award-winning start-up tackling online misinformation, Factmata has appointed performance-driven marketing and communications consultancy Hard Numbers as its lead PR agency.

Factmata was launched with the purpose of future-proofing people, organisations, brands and governments against the growing swell of damaging online rhetoric.

As a deep artificial intelligence platform that identifies online opinions about brands, products or issues, Factmata clusters similar opinions into ‘narratives’ as they emerge.

Factmata can analyse how threatening or risky those narratives are, as well as identify the influencers behind the narrative and monitor how those narratives grow and change over time.
